1. Payment

City Caps accepts payment from Mobile Pay, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. It will be processed once your product is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK, including VAT.

City Caps uses an authorized payment server that encrypts your card information by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which means that your payment information is safe with us.

2. Shipping and delivery

City Caps' products are shipped the same day (if we receive the order before 2 pm CET/CEST, except on weekends and public holidays). Packages are, under normal circumstances, delivered within 3-5 weekdays. GLS and DHL will deliver packages through local shipping services in your country of residence.

3. Guarantee and returns

The Danish law Købeloven (Danish Consumer Contracts Act) applies to purchases on this website.

When you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to submit a complaint within 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, you can get the item repaired or changed, your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. You must submit your complaint to us within "reasonable time" after discovering the fault. If you submit your complaint within two months of discovering the flaw, the complaint will always be timely.

If your complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs for the return. You must always return the faulty item to us in proper packaging, and remember to save a shipment receipt so we can refund your shipping costs.

When submitting a complaint and returning a faulty item, we recommend that you use our portal for returns.

4. Returning an item

4.1. Make sure to pack the item securely and adequately. Make sure the item is nicely together like when you received it. Please note that we reserve the right to deduct a small amount from your return corresponding to the product's condition if the above is not okay.

4.3. Upon receipt of your order, we will process the return within five working days. When we have refunded, 1-3 banking days can pass before the return is visible in your account.

5. Exchanging an item

5.1. We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and order the desired separately in a new order.

6. Right of cancellation

You have a 14-day full right of cancellation on items purchased in our webshop.

The cancellation period (cooling off period) expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have purchased multiple items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you received the last item. The deadline means you have 14 days from delivery to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

The notification shall be sent by email to Please clarify that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, and you can also use our default cancellation form and send us a return.

7. Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you can return one or more items even though you separately ordered them.

8. The condition of the item

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the items' nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Suppose the item is tested beyond what is described above. In that case, we consider the thing as used. It means the case of cancellation - only part of or none of the purchase amount will be reimbursed depending on the commercial value of the item.

You may try the item to receive the total purchase amount, but you must not use it, and it cannot show any evidence of wear.

We recommend you send the product back in its original packaging (resealable bag). If the product(s) were delivered in special packaging, which needs to be added, it might decrease commercial value.

For health and hygiene reasons, it can only be returned in its original condition and unopened original packaging.

9. Reimbursement

If you cancel your order, you will get your money back. If the item value is reduced by use, wrong handling, etc., we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, excluding potential shipping costs.

We will return the money through the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the return unless you have submitted documentation before returning it. You can cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering it in person at the above address.

However, City Caps needs specific information to make purchase agreements with you and provide news and other services to you. The company collects only the necessary personal information.
