1. Payment
City Caps accepts payment from Mobile Pay, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. It will be processed once your product is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK, including VAT.
City Caps uses an authorized payment server that encrypts your card information by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which means that your payment information is safe with us.
2. Shipping and delivery
City Caps' products are shipped the same day (if we receive the order before 2 pm CET/CEST, except on weekends and public holidays). Packages are, under normal circumstances, delivered within 3-5 weekdays. GLS and DHL will deliver packages through local shipping services in your country of residence.
3. Guarantee and returns
The Danish law Købeloven (Danish Consumer Contracts Act) applies to purchases on this website.
When you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to submit a complaint within 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, you can get the item repaired or changed, your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. You must submit your complaint to us within "reasonable time" after discovering the fault. If you submit your complaint within two months of discovering the flaw, the complaint will always be timely.
If your complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs for the return. You must always return the faulty item to us in proper packaging, and remember to save a shipment receipt so we can refund your shipping costs.
When submitting a complaint and returning a faulty item, we recommend that you use our portal for returns.

We will not accept packages sent by COD.
4. Returning an item
4.1. Make sure to pack the item securely and adequately. Make sure the item is nicely together like when you received it. Please note that we reserve the right to deduct a small amount from your return corresponding to the product's condition if the above is not okay.
4.2. Go to the return page and see how to return from your country of residence: (https://citycaps.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges).
4.3. Upon receipt of your order, we will process the return within five working days. When we have refunded, 1-3 banking days can pass before the return is visible in your account.
5. Exchanging an item
5.1. We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and order the desired separately in a new order.
6. Right of cancellation
You have a 14-day full right of cancellation on items purchased in our webshop.
The cancellation period (cooling off period) expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have purchased multiple items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you received the last item. The deadline means you have 14 days from delivery to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The notification shall be sent by email to jj@citycaps.com. Please clarify that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, and you can also use our default cancellation form and send us a return.
7. Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you can return one or more items even though you separately ordered them.
8. The condition of the item
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the items' nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Suppose the item is tested beyond what is described above. In that case, we consider the thing as used. It means the case of cancellation - only part of or none of the purchase amount will be reimbursed depending on the commercial value of the item.
You may try the item to receive the total purchase amount, but you must not use it, and it cannot show any evidence of wear.
We recommend you send the product back in its original packaging (resealable bag). If the product(s) were delivered in special packaging, which needs to be added, it might decrease commercial value.
For health and hygiene reasons, it can only be returned in its original condition and unopened original packaging.
9. Reimbursement
If you cancel your order, you will get your money back. If the item value is reduced by use, wrong handling, etc., we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, excluding potential shipping costs.
We will return the money through the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the return unless you have submitted documentation before returning it. You can cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering it in person at the above address.
We will not accept packages sent by COD.
10. Appeals
If you have a complaint about a product purchased in our webshop, you may address it to jj@citycaps.com.

11. Privacy Policy
Using the website citycaps.com, you agree that we process your personal information following our privacy policy which you can find here: https://citycaps.com/policies/privacy-policy. We are aware of the need for adequate protection and appropriate processing of your data.
12. Discount codes
Please note that discount codes can't be used when purchasing gift cards.
Discount codes can't be combined with other codes or discounts unless otherwise indicated.
13. Personal data
Personal information covers all information to identify a person. Including but not limited to first and last name, age, gender, private address or other physical address, email address, and other contact information, regardless the information is related to a private residence or workplace.
What personal information do we collect and process? As a rule, you can access the website without telling you who you are or providing personal information about yourself. However, City Caps needs specific information to make purchase agreements with you and provide news and other services to you. The company collects only the necessary personal information.
We need the following information: Name, address, telephone number, and email address.
The company does not collect personally identifiable information about you from third parties. It does not store information about payment means, such as card numbers on payment cards, bank accounts, or the like.
14. Who do we share personal data with?
Personal information submitted to City Caps ApS is only disclosed to:
• The company's internal departments
• Selected and trusted third parties who may use your personal information to deliver goods or services that you have ordered
• Business partners to register and maintain your user account.
To further develop and improve citycaps.com, we collect statistics about how you use the website.
The personal data are registered with City Caps ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We cooperate only with data processors in the EU or countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
Registered with City Caps ApS, you are always entitled to object to the registration. You also have the right to understand what information is written about you. These rights follow the Personal Data Act. Contact us with your inquiries and requests at jj@citycaps.com.
15. Cookies
This website uses "cookies," text files stored on your computer, mobile phone, or equivalent, to recognize it, remember settings, collect statistics, and target ads. Cookies can not contain malicious code such as viruses.
